Aletheia Studio nedir?
Aletheia Studio; mimarlık, iç mimari ve tasarım alanlarında çalışan bir tasarım stüdyosudur.
Projeleri yalnızca mekânsal çözümler olarak değil, bulunduğu yer, kullanıcı ve kullanım senaryoları üzerinden ele alır. Tasarım sürecini; fikir, mekân ve uygulama arasında tutarlı bir bütün olarak kurgular.

Hangi tür projeler üzerinde çalışıyorsunuz?
Konut, ofis, kafe/restoran ve ticari mekânlar başta olmak üzere farklı ölçeklerde mimari ve iç mimari projeler yürütüyoruz.
Bunun yanı sıra, mevcut yapıların dönüşümü ve yeniden işlevlendirilmesi üzerine de çalışıyoruz. Her projeyi, bulunduğu yerin fiziksel, kültürel ve mekânsal bağlamı dikkate alarak ele alıyoruz.
Sadece tasarım mı yapıyorsunuz, uygulama da var mı?
Projeye ve ihtiyaca göre yalnızca tasarım hizmeti sunabildiğimiz gibi, tasarım ve uygulama sürecini birlikte de yürütebiliyoruz. Özellikle restorasyon ve dönüşüm projelerinde, tasarım kararlarının sahada doğru ve özenli biçimde uygulanmasını yakından takip etmeyi önemsiyoruz.
Uygulama sürecinde, farklı disiplinlerle koordinasyon kurarak tasarımın ilk aşamadaki fikrinden kopmadan hayata geçmesini sağlıyoruz.
Mevcut bir mekânın dönüşümü için size başvurabilir miyim?
Evet. Mevcut bir mekânın yenilenmesi, daha verimli kullanılması ya da farklı bir işleve kavuşması için danışmanlık ve tasarım hizmeti sunuyoruz.
Bu tür projelerde, mevcut mekânın potansiyeli, sınırları ve güçlü yönleri detaylı şekilde analiz edilir. Amaç, tamamen sıfırdan bir tasarım üretmekten ziyade, var olanı dönüştürerek daha nitelikli bir mekân ortaya koymaktır.
Restorasyon projeleri de yapıyor musunuz?
Evet. Tarihî yapılar ve nitelikli mevcut yapıların korunması, onarımı ve yeniden kullanımı üzerine restorasyon projeleri geliştiriyoruz. Restorasyon çalışmalarını yalnızca teknik bir iyileştirme süreci olarak değil; yapının geçmişiyle kurulan çok katmanlı bir ilişki olarak ele alıyoruz.
Bu tür projelerde, yapının özgün karakterini, mekânsal değerlerini ve tarihsel izlerini korumayı; aynı zamanda güncel ihtiyaçlara cevap verebilecek dengeli çözümler üretmeyi amaçlıyoruz. Bu tür proje süreçlerinde önceliğimiz, yapıyı “yenilemekten” çok “anlamak” olur. Yapının tarihsel arka planı, geçirdiği dönüşümler, malzeme özellikleri ve mekânsal kurgusu detaylı biçimde analiz ederiz.
Araştırma, belgeleme ve mevcut durum analizi, tasarım sürecimiz ayrılmaz bir parçasıdır. Müdahaleler; yapının kimliğine saygılı, geri dönüşebilir ve okunabilir olacak şekilde geliştirilir. Amacımız, geçmiş ile bugünü çatışmadan, dengeli bir biçimde bir araya getirmektir.
Tasarım & Süreç
Tasarım süreci nasıl başlıyor?
Tasarım süreci, mekânı ve kullanıcıyı anlamaya yönelik bir ön görüşme ile başlar. Bu aşamada yalnızca işlevsel ihtiyaçlar değil; kullanım alışkanlıkları, beklentiler, mekânla kurulan ilişki ve projenin genel hedefleri konuşulur.
Ardından yerinde keşif, mevcut durum analizi ve bağlamsal değerlendirmeler yapılır. Bu ilk adımlar, projenin ilerleyen tüm aşamalarının temelini oluşturur.
Tasarım sürecinde hangi aşamalardan geçiliyor?
Please note: if you have ordered a back-ordered or made-to-order product, your order was charged when it was placed, but it will not ship until it is in-stock, or finished being made (made-to-order).
For orders to TR addresses, please allow for up to 3 additional business days for processing and shipping*. For order other than TR, the estimated delivery time is around 3-20 days depending on the location. Once your order ships out, it should arrive within the below number of business days depending on the shipment method you selected during checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

Shipping and Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary shipping all around the world with delivery within 3-30 business days, ensuring your order arrives promptly and securely. Your satisfaction and security are our top priorities, which is why we provide reliable payment options for a seamless shopping experience.
Can I specify my delivery date?
Unfortunately, a specific delivery date cannot be chosen or guaranteed. The estimated shipping time frame is available on all product pages under the Add To Cart button and in your cart at checkout. From there, shipping takes an additional 3-30 business days, depending on your proximity to the warehouse.
All orders are shipped via Shipentagra and are delivered Monday through Friday.
Can I delay my order’s ship date?
Yes. Please contact info@aletheia.studio with order number and delivery date specification.
Do you offer white glove delivery or assembly?
We’re proud to offer products that are easy to assemble and require few or no tools! Because of this, we do not offer white glove, in-home delivery, or assembly services. If you do need assistance with assembling, we recommend grabbing a friend to help out.
What happens if my order is lost?
If you believe that your order is lost, please reach out to info@aletheia.sudio to inquire.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are so sorry if anything arrived damaged! Reach out to us in 24 hours at info@aletheia.sudio with pictures (including photos of the damaged packaging, if applicable) and we can get a replacement sent out asap.
Post Delivery
I changed my mind! How do I cancel my order?
No worries! You can cancel your order by emailing info@aletheia.studio.Be sure you put “Cancel” and your order number in the subject so we can prioritize your request. Please note that we only guarantee cancellations 24 hours after your order has been placed. If your request comes in more than 24 hours later, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. Orders that have completed in production must be successfully delivered, but we are happy to coordinate a return. Returns may be subject to return fees in accordance with our return policy.
How can I return my order?
If you want to return your Furniture within the first 30 days after your receipt, please email us at info@aletheia.studio to arrange a return. Return fees are 10% of the original purchase price before shipping. Shipping fees are not refundable. All Furniture must be successfully delivered before a return can be initiated. Please note that any transit damage or manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours and noted clearly on the Proof of Delivery form.
Please note, to be eligible for return Furniture must not be damaged, soiled or excessively used. Upon return pickup, appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the Product(s) and for any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law.
How long does it take to be refunded?
Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment within 14 days of the completion of our return process. Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment and duration may differ according to you bank.
What should I do if I think my product is defective?
In the unlikely event that you suspect your product has a manufacturing defect, please send photos of the defect to info@aletheia.studio as soon as possible so that our team can evaluate. If we determine that your piece is in fact defective, we will arrange a return or exchange.
